The Harris County Commissioners Court meets approximately twice per month on Thursdays beginning at 9:00–10:00 AM at 1001 Preston Street, 1st Floor, Houston TX 77002. Sessions commonly run 4–10 hours. Special and budget hearings are called as needed.
